Refund policy Returns
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your product on any used and/or unused items.If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return by emailing us zorvo.business@gmail.com
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. Please contact our Customer Service Department for more details and we will do all we can to provide you with the best shopping Experience. T&C's apply.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.We may also require you to submit the evidence to support your case.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless item is faulty or malfunctioning.Please contact us at vitalenergyshop@gmail.com to request a return address for the item ordered.Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer as we won't be able to retrieve it or provide a refund.

Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order at zorvo.business@gmail.com.Please provide your order number and the modification/or cancellation you would like to make and we'll confirm once it has been made.
Please note: Any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Returned or exchanged products must be in brand new, mint condition,and have all original manufacturer's packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. T&C apply.Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item found to be faulty/malfunctioning.If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.Lost or Stolen Packages Zorvo™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.Upon inquiry, Zorvo™ will confirm the delivery to the address provided,date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.Please make sure to enter the correct delivery address, we cannot be responsible for lost packages delivered to the wrong address.
